Traders Printing was eager to grow its customer base and expand into web services. I identified the need for a more traditional corporate presentation to attract small business owners, who made up its core clientele. To achieve this, I developed a new website using best practices in web design. A centerpiece of the project was an object-oriented quoting form I built in JavaScript, which allowed customers to instantly generate complex, multi-page print quotes online, automating what had been up to a 15-minute manual process per quote for staff. I also led a targeted SEO campaign, securing #1 Google rankings for key phrases such as “printing Springfield MO” and driving significant new business.
This project combined branding, user interface design, web development, and SEO strategy, resulting in increased sales, stronger customer trust, and the foundation for the company’s later growth into higher-end services.
