I designed ACBSP’s conference programs to be more user-friendly, cost-effective, and cohesive with the unique branding of each event. By standardizing the format to a compact playbill size, I streamlined production and reduced printing costs. Using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, I built layouts that balanced consistency with creativity. The result was a professional, cost-effective program that was easier to navigate, more accurate in content, and visually aligned with the conference’s overall identity.

To address last-minute room changes from the event venues, which presented a recurring issue for ACBSP, I developed an insert that could be printed quickly on-site with minimal resources. Every specification was selected to align with the capabilities of printers at the event, such as a standard letter-sized sheet, no bleed, and a simple half-fold. Designed in Adobe InDesign for clarity and speed, this insert ensured attendees always had accurate, up-to-date information and gave ACBSP the flexibility to adapt while saving time and expense.
